| Snow Falls on Taka November 22-23, 2010 |

| No sooner had I hung the lights (following an old Northwest tradition of lights by Thanksgiving) and it snowed! Wow. Frist time on Taka (and it did fall on cedars). The bergenias (right) shrugged it off but other plants showed their displeasure. |

| It was such an early snow, it also fell on fall colors, Cotinus 'Grace' (below) and a Japanese maple ( below bottom). |
