| More flowers, May 27-29 We found fields of larkspur up on our rather steep hill -- growing under the Jeffrey pines -- and Iris couldn't resist picking a big bouquet. If this were public land, that would not be a good idea! We found some paintbrush and higher up, lots of Mariposa tulips. Ceanothus and blue penstemon bloomed down in the canyon. |
