1102 Church St.
Two  Church St. homes and I'm assuming the one above, number 1129, was where they first lived then moved a few doors up to 1102. The odd shot of "the Hall," just above, and two shots of  elegant mantles, below, are in the newer home. There are other photos of other people's houses which also have those matched plates at the base of the fireplace, or matched abalone shells, so it must have been a decorating fad around 1910.

I don't know if the Earthquake had anything to do with it but it looks like the family moved to a bright corner location
